UNI TUBE SINGLE JACKET FIBER OPTIC CABLE

Our Uni-tube single jacket Un-Armoured and Armoured Fiber Cables cater for diversified needs of CATV operators and Internet Service Providers. These cables can be used for aerial installation as well as installation in Ducts/Conduit. This cable consist of Jelly Filled Central Loose Tube made up of PBT, strengthened with Embedded Strength members and jacketed with HDPE. Different variants offered are

Multi Tube Optical Fibre Cable

We offers wide range of Multi Tube Single & Double Jacket un-armoured and armoured fiber cables suited for the different sectors including Telecom, Power plant, Solar Plant, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Metro Rails, Smart City projects etc. These cables possess excellent Crush Resistance and can be used for Direct Burial applications as well as installation in Ducts. This cable consist of Non-metallic Central Strength Member and Jelly Filled Loose Tubes made up of PBT stranded over the Central Strength member. Loose tube consists of required no. of Optical Fibres. Prevention from water and moisture ingress is provided either by WS Tape and WS yarns or by Flooding Gel. This cable has two jackets. Inner sheath is of MDPE or HDPE and Glass Roving Yarns are applied as peripheral strength members over the inner sheath. Outer sheath is done with HDPE over the Glass yarns. Rip Cords are provided under inner sheath as well as outer sheath for easy ripping. Different variants offered are:

Single & Multi Tube ADSS Optical Fibre Cable

We specializes in design of Single & Multi Tube Single and Double Jacket ADSS cables which are suitable for Aerial installation of medium and large spans (Typically 150mtr to 600mtr span). These cables are completely metal free so that these can be installed on Utility Electricity poles ensuring no interference due to electromagnetic field in the vicinity. These cables are light in weight which facilitates easy installation over the poles. This cable consist of Non-metallic Central Strength Member which is surrounded by Jelly Filled Loose Tubes made up of PBT. Loose tube consists of required no. of Optical Fibres. Prevention from water and moisture ingress is provided by WS Tape. This cable consist of two jackets, Aramid Yarns are applied over inner sheath as peripheral strength members which are light in weight and possess extremely good tensile strength. Outer sheath is done with HDPE. Rip Cords are provided for easy ripping of inner and outer sheath. Different variants offered are:

SINGLE LAYER CONSTRUCTION

In composite conductors a fiber cable unit containing the Optical fibers is either integrated or embedded into a conductor or ground wire. In voltages below 138-kV the composite conductor can also be a phase wire. However, usually the fiber unit containing the Optical fibers is placed inside the ground wire. OPGW can be a light weight ground wire designed to be used as a static wire replacement or it can be installed in addition to conventional ground wire. Currently, the number of Optical fibers that can be readily fitted into an OPGW aerial wire construction can reach up to 144 fibers. The metallic wires have to give the OPGW aerial cable enough conductivity to carry fault currents, and the strength to withstand mechanical stresses.

OPGW Cable

OPGW cable with stainless Steel and aluminum clad steel tube is available in fiber counts up to 48. The cable can be designed into single or dual layered construction in accordance to the mechanical and electrical requirements as per application needs of the end-user.
Due to its unique small size this becomes the perfect solution for overloaded towers with its small diameter and light weight construction. The fibers are protected from environmental conditions to ensure reliability and long life. 

HIGH STRENGTH OPGW CABLE

High strength OPGW cable is available up to 96 fibers making it suitable for application is high fiber count and super-high-voltage power lines. Steel tubes are stranded with Hi-strain steel wires to create a dual-layer design suitable for a range of high strength applications. The layer of Aluminum gives this product a high fault rating current values.

Single and Multi Mode Optical Fiber

ITU-T G652B
They are the most common single mode fibre in the world. It is tuned to minimize the dispersion around the wavelength at 1310nm. 1550nm wavelength can be used for shorter distance or with dispersion compensating fibre.

ITU-T G652D (LOW WATER PEAK SINGLE MODE FIBRE)

This single mode fibre has low water peak, characterized by the attenuation at 1383nm being less than the attenuation at 1310nm. Due to Its low water peak characteristics and excellent stability performance against hydrogen, it is suitable for entire wavelength range from 1260nm to 1625 nm.
This fibre is fully compliant with ITU-T 652D.

ITU-T G655 (NON-ZERO DISPERSION SHIFTED FIBRE)

This is wide band transport fibre which has positive or negative dispersion intensity. The reason for that is to reduce the non-linear phenomenon which interferes with the adjacent wavelength in DWDM system.

ITU-T G657 (LOW BEND FIBRE)

It is a single mode fibre with low bend sensitivity across the overall bandwidth (1260-1625). It offers optimized bend performance for Fibre to the Home (FTTH), enterprise networks, or any application where small bend diameters may be encountered. It is fully compliant to the new ITU-T G657

Multi Mode Optical Fiber Cable

62.5/125 (OM1) & 50/125 (OM2/ OM3)

Transmission speeds/distances limits are 100 Mbit/s up to 2 km, 1 Gbit/s for distances up to 500-600meters, and 10Gbit/s for distances up to 300 meters. These are widely deployed in premises application & easily support applications ranging from Ethernet (10 Mbit/s) to Gigabit Ethernet (1 Gbit/s) and, because of their relatively large core size, are ideal for use with LED transmitters. They support more than one propagation mode, hence it is limited by modal dispersion.
